Every pet photo is personally hand-edited by our designer—no generic automated filters here. We professionally remove the background, enhance the colors, and adjust the lighting to match our signature aesthetic.

What Works Best:

• Lighting: Bright, natural outdoor light or a well-lit room works best. Avoid heavy shadows or "dark room" photos.
• Level Playing Field: Take the photo at your pet’s eye level. Looking down on them often hides their features.
• The Full Picture: Ensure ears, paws, and tails are fully inside the frame. If it's cut off in the photo, it will be cut off on the shirt!
• High Resolution: Send the original file. Screenshots or photos of other screens are too low-quality for professional printing.

Proofing: Every design receives a digital proof via email prior to printing.

1. Check your inbox: You’ll receive a JPG mockup within 2-3 business days.
2. Review: Confirm spelling and design placement.
3. Approve: Reply "Approved" to start production.

Note: To maintain our turnaround times, orders will automatically proceed to print if no response is received within 48 hours of the proof being sent.

Every order is custom-made just for you! It takes about 2–4 business days to print and perfect your apparel. Once it hits the road, delivery timelines are:

USA: 3–4 business days

Canada: 3–5 business days (Up to 12 for Atlantic regions)

UK: 3–7 business days

International: 5–20 business days

Note: Express shipping (1–3 business days) is available at checkout. Please ensure you provide a phone number for all Express orders to avoid delays.
