The Designer’s Touch

Every pet photo is personally hand-edited by our designer—no generic automated filters here. We professionally remove the background, enhance the colors, and adjust the lighting to match our signature aesthetic.

What Works Best:

  • Lighting: Bright, natural outdoor light or a well-lit room works best. Avoid heavy shadows or "dark room" photos.
  • Level Playing Field: Take the photo at your pet’s eye level. Looking down on them often hides their features.
  • The Full Picture: Ensure ears, paws, and tails are fully inside the frame. If it's cut off in the photo, it will be cut off on the shirt!
  • High Resolution: Send the original file. Screenshots or photos of other screens are too low-quality for professional printing.

Pre-Production Proofing

To ensure you are satisfied with your design. We provide digital proofs of your custom t-shirt prior to production. Orders only move forward after approval.

Please double-check the spelling of your pet's name. We print exactly what is provided in the text field.

return & refund policy

1. Custom & Personalized Items

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or incorrect size selection. * Tip: Please double-check our Size Guide before placing your order to ensure the perfect fit for you (and the perfect look for your pal).

2. Damaged or Defective Goods

If your order arrived damaged or with a printing error, we’ll make it right!

  • Please contact us at shoppipandpals@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
  • If the error is on our end, we will send a replacement at no cost to you or issue a full refund.

3. Order Cancellations

Because we move fast to get your custom gear into production, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. Once the printing process has begun, we can no longer cancel the order.

4. Refunds (If Applicable)

If a refund is approved for a defective item, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

5. Shipping Issues

PipThreads is not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please verify your shipping details at checkout!

Shipping policy

1. Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: We offer flat-rate standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

2. Production & Processing Time

  • Custom Crafted: Every order is designed and printed to order.
  • Standard Timeline: Please allow 3–5 business days for our team to craft your custom layout and complete the printing process.
  • Peak Seasons: During holidays (such as November–December) or high-demand periods, production times may extend. We will notify you via email if your order is expected to take longer than our standard window.

3. Shipping Estimates

  • Standard Delivery: Once your order is finished in production, shipping typically takes 3–4 business days for domestic orders.
  • Tracking: You will receive an automated shipping confirmation email with your tracking number the moment your order is dispatched. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking status to update.

4. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Pip&Pals is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.
  • If your order arrives damaged or there is a print error, please contact us at shoppipandpals@gmail.com within 7 days so we can send a replacement.

5. Incorrect Addresses

  • Please verify your shipping address at checkout. Because our products are custom-made for your pet, we cannot offer replacements for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
