1. Shipping Rates
- USA: $4.75 US Flat Rate
- Canada: $10.00 USD Flat Rate (converted at checkout).
- UK & Ireland: $15.00 USD Flat Rate (converted at checkout).
- International: Calculated at checkout based on destination.
2. Production & Delivery Timeline
Every item is custom-crafted and printed specifically for your order. Please calculate your expected arrival using the two steps below:

Step 1: Production (2–5 Business Days)
The time it takes our team to design your custom layout and complete the printing process. -
Step 2: Shipping Transit
• USA: 3–7 business days.
• UK, Ireland, Canada: 5–15 business days.
• International: 7–20 business days.
*Note: During peak holiday seasons, production times may extend. We will notify you via email if your order is delayed.
3. Tracking & International Duties
- Tracking: You will receive an automated confirmation email with a tracking number once dispatched. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to update the status.
- Duties & Taxes: International orders may be subject to custom fees, duties, or VAT upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.
4. Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Addresses
- Address Accuracy: Please double-check your address. We cannot offer replacements or refunds for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
- Liability: Pip & Pals is not responsible for packages once marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. Please contact your local post office for any delivery disputes.
- Quality Guarantee: If your order arrives damaged or with a print error, email shoppipandpals@gmail.com within 14 days with a photo of the issue for a free replacement.
5. Final Sale Policy
Because each item is uniquely custom-made, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection or change of mind. We appreciate your understanding.
