Refund policy

1. Custom & Personalized Items

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or incorrect size selection. Tip: Please double-check our Size Guide before ordering to ensure the perfect fit.

2. Damaged or Defective Goods

If your order arrived damaged or with a printing error, we’ll make it right!

  • Contact shoppipandpals@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
  • If the error is on our end, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

3. Order Cancellations

Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. Once the printing process has begun, we can no longer cancel the order.

4. Refunds (If Applicable)

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

5. Shipping Issues

Pip&Pals is not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please verify your details at checkout!
